Can’t say enough good things about the guys working there. The assistant manager was very down to earth and professional. The work was great, my car runs great, and my wife is very happy. Won’t hesitate to go back for more work needed on my car.

Awful service and zero communication. I dropped my car off the day prior to service and they said they would get to it first thing in the morning. No word until I called at 1 pm. They said they were working on it and I would hear something soon. No word until I called at 5 pm. Put in hold for 20 min. I hung up and called again. Put in hold for another 15 min. I went to store demanding my car back and waited an hour even though the car wasn’t even on a lift. They wanted to charge me $2200 for a man AC condenser. Pass. Zero stars.

It’s always a pleasure going here, especially when dealing with car issues, which usually isn’t the most enjoyable experience. I had the chance to work with Sharif, who was extremely friendly and even remembered me from my last visit. It’s nice walking into an establishment and being greeted by someone who can truly put a smile on your face. The technicians are also very skilled at what they do, and I always feel confident that I’m getting quality service and my money’s worth. Great customer service overall!

I had an excellent experience at Pep Boys in Marlton thanks to Sharif. From the moment I walked in, the customer service was top-notch—professional, friendly, and genuinely helpful. Sharif went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of quickly and correctly, keeping me informed the whole time. It’s not often you come across service like this anymore. Highly recommend this location if you’re looking for honest, reliable work and a great customer experience. Definitely a 5-star visit!

My check engine light came on. I was super worried. The other spot couldn't see me until next week and there was some issues , but he did look it over and said it was this one part. I just so happen to try pep boys to see if I could get this done a little faster cause I need my car. We were able to get in , they pulled the engine numbers , and it wasn't even worth my mechanic , said. They got in there and really helped me out , and went above and beyond. My car's riding smooth and they're honesty was very refreshing and very relieved. I've been there before.I was expecting a run around too , but this was super efficient , very different than before. I been there with simple stuff taking forever. It's like they leveled up the store and workers .Something was just different there.I would go again
